The gentleman at the drive thru, William, deserves a some positive recognition and appreciation for his customer service. What DTR 1 doesn't like about Carl’s Jr.:
The drive-thru automated order taking system is terrible. I have come here twice within the past two weeks and both times the system failed to properly comprehend my order. This evening, the automated system messed up the order three times before a human order taker took over. Even after human intervention they gave me a Chicken club sandwich instead of what I ordered. Fix your automated system or get rid of it. View all feedback.
