Good rotisserie butcher shop in Santeramo in Colle, in a semi-central area, with different seating areas. The place has certainly been completely renovated recently and after the butcher's counter which also serves as a takeaway, customers choose their meats and sit at the tables, where the meat is cooked and served. Simple place, crowded and unmanageable on the weekend, we waited 1 hour to book the meat, after all good meat, value for money is fine
