read moreon a busy road, the parking was a challenge. the service for this branch was somewhat slow, eating was in the same with Chowking standard.

"We visited our relatives in Isabela during the Holy Week and it's good to know that this fastfood resto is open during Good Friday. For those who don't know, as being a Catholic country almost everything stop to operate during Good Friday, the traffic in Metro Manila is almost non-existent as a number of people go to their own province of spend their vacation outside the city. We waited more than 1 hour in this restaurant for our relatives to meet us there and I found out that almost everyone is enthusiastic in helping us out where to stay overnight, where to go, the schedule of masses etc... I felt that it is like talking to your friends and they were giving us pieces of advice as if we are their relatives. They are really an asset to Jollibee but unfortunately that they are just being hired as temporary workers."

"Other than garbage casually floats on the beach, We were forced out and insulted while staying at a cottage where the welcoming personnel led us to, I asked if it was available more than a couple of times and he said it's okay.after a few minutes someone came over and said the cottage needs to be vacated for the Mayor's friends, when we reasoned out that we will just take our lunch and leave, they'll charge us P700 and recommended us to stay somewhere else that costs P300. We can afford 4 cottages worth P700 if we want to; but the place ain't even worth it anymore. Poor Management can't even protect their guests. Both in Customer service and Sanitary wise. Hope this will be addressed and worked out for future guests."
