What CarlaV doesn't like about The Lobby Lounge At Ritz-carlton Santiago:
The service was very kind and polite, as always. However, we were disappointed with the food itself. We ordered the Afternoon Tea, but it was not up to standard compared to experiences we've had in London and Hamburg.
