"We felt invisible for about hour and we’re not greeted. We sat and waited for reservations upstairs and asked for wine while we waited. The waiter never came back. When Discussed with the maitre d, his excuse for lack of attention was that they were very busy although we were the only people there when we arrived. His facial response showed lack of concern.
