With falafel it can be difficult. Beside curry, it’s probably the most offered vegan food option. It can be disappointing- dry, greasy, too salty, too less salt, mushy... These falafel are veeeery good! They obviously contain much parsley (they are very green), which I love, so they taste super-fresh and lighter than the chickpea-only, or sometimes even chickpea-flour version only.
