Plaza Monumental

What User likes about Plaza Monumental:
Even though it's been five years since my last visit, this restaurant was perfect for the price. It was relatively quiet (only street noise), clean, very affordable, and the staff was amazing. I would choose to dine there every time I travel to Santiago, even though I have family and friends in town. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Plaza Monumental:
After arriving on the property without the correct amount of Dominican pesos having only American dollars the receptionist informed me that I had to pay another $6 because I was paying in American money. It was made very clear to me that I didn't have any choice him knowing that there was no place to get pesos from where I was. Other than that the place was a real dump.
