We chanced upon Tertulia while wandering through the streets of the city. We were drawn in by the locals having an evening drink outside. We both ordered batidos (milkshakes) one vanilla, one chocolate. They were amazing! Topped with cream, cinnamon and a cherry of course! They were only €3.20 each which was great value!
