The hotel restaurant S. Lorenzo is located on the road to the Rocca, a short walk from the Hotel Si.Va. It has a large hall with window on the valley. Very rich wines and menus, to be a restaurant/ trattoria. Appetizer: classic fried dumpling (sgonfiotti) fried very well and light. What Lentikkia doesn't like about Albergo San Lorenzo:
Typical Ligurian welcome. Delayed by business reasons we reach the restaurant at 20.25, of course after having booked. “Cucine closed, too late”. We note that late was not, vainly: “It’s 20.25” “No!!!It’s 20.30 past” the lady answers, looking pleased a wall clock. It sounds like a novel, but it's the sad truth. Restaurant in a hotel structure years a beautiful wooden and cosy room overlooking the valley. soldiers in uniform and efficient. excellent food, abundant portions and excellent quality price (in recommended range mixed appetizer. restaurant to be definitely back.

We had lunch at the san lorenzo di santa stefano d'aveto and accomplice the fantastic day, blue sky, autumn colors that begin to see we were great. great all: well presented food (antipasti with hot sgonfiotti, cheeses and super jams) and a polenta with very abundant sauce of porcini mushrooms. kind and smiling staff. Nice. advice.
