We have been coming to this restaurant for some 15 20 years now and it's as good today as it ever was. Always popular with the locals as it's great country food, simply cooked and well, at terrific value. Service is great home cooked meals, and always generous portions. Sorry I very rarely give a bad review but we really didn't enjoy our meal here The menu was very basic, fried or grilled. There were lots of flies landing on our food and there only seemed to be members of the family of the restaurant owners eating. We felt we didn't want to stay for dessert. I'm all for authenticity, tools on the wall , wine barrels etc, but the standard of food was well below what you would expect... read more.
