I went to Jow Sushi with 2 friends and had bought a voucher for Groupon. I do not know if it was because of this, but the service was terrible and it took a long time. We asked for a food, came another, or did not come. Also, we stayed in a queue at the time of entering, about 20 minutes, waiting to stand on the sidewalk. I will not return there and do not recommend the restaurant. I hope the service improves and someone can comment on something positive from there.
I bought a caster groupon voucher at Joow. I visited the establishment on a Friday night. The ambience is cool, quite similar to other Japanese restaurants you find in São Paulo, relatively small and with two floors. The food is very good. The dishes arrive at the hot table and the fish is very good quality. However, on that day I visited the establishment, the service was terrible. We left the restaurant, without having eaten much, after waiting more than half an hour for simple dishes that we had requested. On the way out, the manager (or owner) first contested our opinion that the service was terrible, and later we "charged only by the drinks," that is, he did not charge us the service. It was funny the way he mentioned it, as if he were doing us a big favor. I will no longer go to this house and hope they stop discriminating customers because of vouchers they may have. You do not want cheaper paying people and eating in your restaurant, do not sell by collective shopping sites.
