One of the best snacks makers of Hokkaido this is the main store with a cafe (but it was full so we couldn't get seats). Bought a bunch of snacks to try (helpfully indicated which ones weren't available at the airport) and found that most of them were delicious. Extremely disappointed. Used to be a huge fan of Rokkatei but my experience on Dec 10 with checkout clerk Ms. 山本 was terrible. She was extremely passive aggressive and impatient for no good reason. Maybe because she just hates foreigners. Bought 3 small items and didn’t have any weird requests had my card ready for payment beforehand so don’t know where the unnecessary sassiness came from.
