To Be - Sarajevo

The restaurant is cozy and warm. It is located in the heart of Bascarsija. The waiter was extremely kind and friendly. We felt at home. The restaurant is very clean. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. The kitchen is open to see how the food is prepared. This restaurant serves large portions of food so you can't stay hungry. Great place to eat a good meal. See you again. Highly recommend.

We would like to inform all visitors and fans of our kitchen that due to covid-19 we were forced to close our small but modest restaurant. After a break of more than a year we finally reorganized and opened a new restaurant in a new location and under a new name. Everything is new only, the staff, the price and the menu has remained the same. Our new restaurant is called Kayi and is located at 57 Gazi Husrev begova Street

The food was varied, local,fresh and very great tasting. I celebrated my 14 birthday here and i have to say that it was one of the best birthday meals I have ever had. The bar tender was extremely kind and we engaged in a long conversation despite our different languages(she was very good at communicating in different languages). Overall, it was a great experience with a very calm ambient and pleasant company.

This is a place where tourist go, it is cosy, and charming, but you typically pay a lot more here than other kitchens in Sarajevo. For the same price you could actually afford to eat out on one of the high end restaurants in the town.

Small restaurant with delicious food! Go here if you have time and really want to enjoy food. Nice service, only 2 tables outside, so you're lucky. Prices for food are average. Good alternatives for vegetarians, it's rare in Sarajevo!
