What Tonya Williams likes about Kfc:
We ordered the famous bowl, We ordered it before, and the food was really good. But it was not much corn in hardly any chicken. I don't know if they have a set qty of chicken corn they have to add now.. BUT KFC. You need to add more chicken and more corn to your famous bowl. It used to be really good. Now it's just mash ? Went through drive thru. Was told it would be 15 minutes for my order. Pulled up and parked to wait. Three cars behind me get their food and leave. I sat there for 30 minutes. Got home. Food is greasy almost burnt and barely had any meat on the pieces of chicken. View all feedback.

The time says closed @10 and the workers told everyone in the drive thru that they’re closed but it’s only 9:20 pm!.. Worst service ever? This KFC IS GOING

"Went about 930 on a Friday and dining room doors were already locked. The drive thru line was pretty long but we got in anyway. The wait wasn't very long about 10 minutes. The employees at both windows were very friendly. We left the Saraland football game at end of the third quarter so by the time the game got over this place was closed. Wow just think of all the lost revenue. Are Owners that clueless in today's business climate? It seems like all everyone wants to do is figure out ways to short cut customers instead of embracing them. I guess Whataburger cleans up around here after football games"
