The good: The bar is very nice, location is great. We order breakfast, it was appropriately priced. Vegetables omelet was tasty, and accompanied with great cheese. Coffee was good also. The bad: Although bread is free, they did not want to toast it. The ugly: Beach in front is crowded, the don't allow to place your umbrella. You have to pay 1200 lek to rent one of theirs. "Not a ton of vegan options, but the 3 options on the menu were standout items from our entire trip. We got the roasted mushrooms, bean dip, and lentil entree. Also, the homemade linguine is vegan if you just get it with red sauce. Beautiful ambiance. Bring bug spray!"
