there is a vegan crispy bruise sprouts appetizer, impossible pasta bolognese, and flower cabbage steak. cauliflower came with bruises, roasted carrots and chimichurri sauce. not everyone likes vegan meat, so I appreciated the cauliflower steak on the menu next to the impossible burger dishes.
