We visited Off The Hook at its first location in Gulf Gate. Now that it has moved, it has lost a lot of its appeal and ambience. Food is still good but all over service is lacking. I had to ask for water on the table. Water should be a permanent fixture on any table at any restaurant. Waitress didn’t give any suggestions as to what pairs well with the fish we choose.
