that is my favorite Asian restaurant in the grafschaft sarasota. the best eier roles of all time. we had phos and cocose, lemongrass chicken. they have a very low key simple atmosphere, but that seems to eat! this place is the best! we also love the ginger chicken and garnel fried rice. here, when we found purple, we booked out with a 1.5 hours waiting. they have a veggie choose them in the back of the menu that does not specifically label everything vegan. they could not nudge me the chicken pho with sweet stick as veggie and tofue option in the veggie section. tofu was an extra 3 in pho, a bit steep. not a great pho. overly sweet broth, as if they had given a lot of sugar. the tofu fresh rolls wer... I would rate 5 stars but restaurant has to be fully vegan.... honestly full vegan restaurants struggle or are over priced or far away from convenient locations. As far as I know pho cali was gladly willing to make any dish vegan for our family. Updated from previous review on 2021-01-10

When we found Purple, we booked out with 1.5 hours waiting time. You have a veggie choose in the back of the menu that does not specifically label everything vegan. They were able to have me the chicken pho with vegetable stock as veggie and tofu soup option in the Veggie section do not have noodles.. Adding Tofu was an extra $3 in the Pho, a bit steep. Not a great Pho. Overly sweet broth, as if they had added a lot of sugar. The tofu fresh rolls were beautiful. My partner had added the lemongrass tofu bowl and broccoli. It was okay. Not a place where I would make plans to return too special, but not badly in a pinch.
