The server last evening was not like the others we had, his serving manners, though functional, does not fit the standard that we are expecting from Roessler. Eg. he just walked up and start announcing the specials of the evening while we were chatting. We arrived early to enjoy the site shown on the website. The grounds were not huge, but very attractive. The bar bounced without seats and the hostess said we could sit out early. We took the table. Our waiter was very close. The menu points looked delicious. We chose the grouper and duck, house salad and escargot. All were excellent.
