A nice hotel although a little bit noisy being between two streets. Bring ear plugs if you're sensitive to light noise. We slept through it without issue. Great rooms, service and lovely staff. View all feedback.
What Eric Arellano doesn't like about Courtyard By Marriott Saratoga Springs:
Convenient location. The beds are firm like a park bench. Housekeeping was sub par. TV Internet connection was frequently interrupted. The room did not have dresser/wardrobe storage. The elevator floor selection didn't always work when using the room card to select your floor (which is a great feature for security purposes). Lobby was clean and had a decent snack market. We stayed here in May to attend a wedding. It was a great location as we were able to walk downtown. On Saturday we walked to the Farmer's Market got lunch there. Also the Olde Bryan Inn is close by for lunch or dinner. Our king room had a refrigerator, microwave a safe. The bed was very comfortable. Even though the hotel was full the weekend we were there due to a college graduation, it was a nice, quiet place . The rooms here are serviced every 2 days. I was surprised that the bed was not made on the day the cleaning staff came in. I had left only a magazine on the bed was told by the front desk that if there is anything left on the bed, the bed will not be done. This Marriott has a pool hot tub and a bistro where you can get meals. There was no charge for parking. I would stay here again.
This hotel needs to pays its staff more so they can smile more. They look strained. The rooms are okay. They need to provide complimentary coffee and tea in the main lobby so it is accessible 24 hours. For the rooms, the mattress is so hard. It feels like I am sleeping on a cardboard mattress. Our towel had a knot of hair. Our bedspread was not spread properly. It is a solid 3.5 stars, but I am giving it 4 stars, so the hotel can improve.
A decent hotel, nothing special about it. The hotel bedroom and bathroom are both averagely sized and kept clean. Unfortunately there is no complimentary breakfast, but there is a bistro in the lobby where items can be purchased. It is only a short drive from downtown Saratoga Springs, which is convenient.
Room was nice enough, large and clean. The location is good, close to shops and restaurants. The front desk staff and Bistro staff were very rude and unhelpful on several occasions. You work in the service industry, try a smile or even just acknowledge my presence.Rooms: 4/5
While attending a two-day conference here I got to witness one of the hardest working hotel crews I've ever seen. they were on top of everything and the food was great!Service: 5/5
