What Eric Arellano doesn't like about Courtyard By Marriott Saratoga Springs:
Convenient location. The beds are firm like a park bench. Housekeeping was sub par. TV Internet connection was frequently interrupted. The room did not have dresser/wardrobe storage. The elevator floor selection didn't always work when using the room card to select your floor (which is a great feature for security purposes). Lobby was clean and had a decent snack market. "By far, this is my new favorite place to eat in NY! My fiancé and I ordered a large pommes frites with aioli and horseradish mayo. She got a strawberry hazelnut chocolate (gluten free) crepe which came with fresh whipped cream and I ordered a sausage pepper and onion and mozzarella cheese crepe (also gluten free) that came with a side salad. All ingredients were fresh and delightful. I cannot wait to return to Saratoga just to visit this spot again!"
