The truffle was the only flavour of the evening; very well if you specifically order a truffle menu. We didn't. Absolutely nothing I would like to eat again. So sad to expect a wonderful evening and to leave with a bad taste in the mouth and hundreds of euros less for a very mediocre tasting menu with unbalanced flavors. Big disappointment...
Perfect menu with respectful seasonality developed by a chef full of enthusiasm and passion. If you are visiting Sarlat it is an address to book.

A superb restaurant that revisits and assembles flavors. I tasted a great kitchen that brought me back to childhood! The service is perfect and personalized. I recommend it warmly!
