"We have visited this little gem a number of times and are never disappointed. If you're in the mood for a great bowl of soup their Dream of Kale is a definite try! Among other delish dishes I've tried is their Bistro Burger absolutely the best. Whether you're sitting inside or on their patio it's always a comfortable friendly place to be."

"Casual is a misnomer as this restaurant is elegant in ambience and cuisine. Olives is perfect for ladies lunch, business meeting, romantic soirée or anything in between. We tried a chicken crepe dish and the phillo wrapped salmon but the true stars were the desserts. The bread pudding is a distinguished creation and the hazelnut meringue liegeois is nothing short of titillating. This is a must visit restaurant."

"We came on a Friday night for dinner this month as we loved the old location/restaurant. We really liked the new location's style and decor. Friendly chefs say hi as you walk in. Our server was quite attentive even though she was dealing with a lot of tables. She brought us tea and got our order in promptly. However we asked for veggie tempura with no shrimp as one of the guests has an allergy and it still came with shrimp... so we got another one which was correct the second time. Edamame was a bit undercooked but well salted.A member of the support staff interrupted our conversation, and asked if we wanted more water during our meal instead of just filling it up. We all said yes and she filled our glasses and slammed them back down on the table after! We were shocked! For dinner we got a few different rolls. The vegetarian rolls were just terrible. No flavour, unripe and hard cucumber, etc.. unfortunately some of the worst sushi I've ever had. I don't eat fish but the guests that ordered tuna and crab rolls really enjoyed them. The deep fried ice cream for desert was a highlight! For three people our meal cost forty two dollars which was quite reasonable. Overall was a disappointing visit but we will give them another try."
