"We have visited this little gem a number of times and are never disappointed. If you're in the mood for a great bowl of soup their Dream of Kale is a definite try! Among other delish dishes I've tried is their Bistro Burger absolutely the best. Whether you're sitting inside or on their patio it's always a comfortable friendly place to be."

"Casual is a misnomer as this restaurant is elegant in ambience and cuisine. Olives is perfect for ladies lunch, business meeting, romantic soirée or anything in between. We tried a chicken crepe dish and the phillo wrapped salmon but the true stars were the desserts. The bread pudding is a distinguished creation and the hazelnut meringue liegeois is nothing short of titillating. This is a must visit restaurant."

"So I don't live in Sarnia but I do work in Sarnia. 2 times a month I have lots of spare time so I've been scoping out local breakfast places. So far Ole Country Diner is my favorite. First thing I saw when I walked in is a sign that read " Sit where you are comfortable" or similar. Of course I picked the most awkward seat but hey, I didn't want to sit at a booth being that I am riding solo. Although I would usually pick a booth before anything else.Immediately I was greeted by a server passing by. I sat down and barely situated when I was offered a menu and beverage. I noticed that almost every breakfast meal had silver dollar pancakes. I'm not a fan of pancakes so I asked if there were alternatives, to my delight I was offered a substitution for the pancakes. So I ordered the regular breakfast with fresh fruit instead of pancakes. Was able to get onion in my home fries as well. Literally (I am not exaggerating) 7 mins later I received my meal. Yes....I'm starving. My over easy eggs are actually over easy. The sausage was done to perfection. The home fries are delicious.Bacon was ok, lacking a bit of flavor. Ham was tasty, but only was half of a circle. Was expecting a full slice. The fruit was, well fruit. But it seemed fresh. What I really liked was instead of bringing me my toast with a single strawberry jam, there is a holder on the table with all kinds of jams and peanut butter. Also, for the Nutella lovers, there is Nutella. My server was genuinely asking me how things were, regularly. More patrons started filling the place up so she was getting busy. My personal service started getting spread out. But I'm ok with that, everyone else deserves the great service that I received. All in all I give this place 4 stars because the food is fantastic, service even better. Lacking that extra star for cramped seating. (But it's not like I sat at a booth)"
