"A beautiful evening in the Schwarzwaldstube is unfortunately over. Perfect food combined with a perfect service leaves nothing to be desired. Mr. Michel has enchanted us with a surprise menu that shined with high-quality and rarer ingredients and gave us five hours of perfect culinary entertainment. Mr. Gass presented the appropriate wine clothing with a lot of information about the wines and a perfect harmony to the individual courses. Mr Breuer and his team accompanied attentively and caringly through the evening. The evening ended with a very interesting conversation with Mr Michel. A praise for the transition solution of the burnt-off Schwarzwaldstube. The temporary surprised me with a stylish modern ambience. Thanks again to the entire team and continue to be a lot of success."

"Restaurant and Food Top, Hotel Rooms Top. Only breakfast leaves too much to be desired. Never had so little choice, had never received the answer in a hotel today there is no breakfast egg. Then there is no place for hotel guests in the restaurant!!! Did you stop? When we were asked, no one pointed out. Then Wednesday and Thursday's restaurant closed. After the question where we should go for dinner? This is a restaurant with hotel unfortunately not turned around. I'm sure you'd like to eat again and stay overnight."

"The Fisherman's obviously no longer needed to satisfy guests and not compromise. If there is no table available spontaneously, guests will prefer to throw out and bury instead of kindly point out that the next free table is reserved for one. This has not happened to me for the last twenty years, but seems to be the new business model. Very disappointing, especially the cheeky and unfriendly staff."
