Whenever I am in Saskatoon, I always make my way to the Boomtown Cafe at the Western Development Museum. The 1910 setting, complete with a pressed tin ceiling and period furnishings, adds to the experience of enjoying delicious cafe food. I ordered a loaded hot dog with fries and gravy. Very good. Maybe the best hot dog I've ever eaten. Very busy restaurant around noon.
The café is located inside the Western Development Museum, providing a full tour of how people lived in the past. The meals served here are top-notch.
