This is a fantastic spot to grab a bite to eat. They have a lovely terrace outside as well as cozy seating areas inside. I really enjoyed the decor! Their menu offers a wide variety of options. Additionally, they are connected with escape sports, so you can take a stroll while waiting for your food to be ready. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Drift Cafe Vista Lounge:
I used to love the way Drift was ran before, not sure why it changed to a typical restaurant with table service.. I guess it would be nice if service was top notch, but I feel like my latest experience wasn’t the best. Not only did our lunch meals take SOO inconveniently long to come to us, but our server wasn’t attentive. I also used to love the daily random salads they used to have back when the counter was downsta... View all feedback.
Had a really good experience in this restaurant. they were about five minutes to close the kitchen, but the server was friendly and patient. we had an amazing cup coffee, it was the salted caramel apartment. I 100% recommend this place. it was a beautiful atmosphere
We arrived right around 11:00 and we were seated promptly. Of course, we had reservations which is highly recommended because not too long after there was a line up to get it. The servers were friendly and knowledgeable with everything on the menu. This is a place that I would have to go again because there were a lot on the menu that I still want to try. For a light eater, the portions were just enough. As for myself, I could have used a larger portion.
Two of us brunched with coffee for 35 dollars. Reasonably priced and I think the food could be great. My eggs were tepid though, and I can't understand why. The service was prompt and the food came quickly. I ordered the traditional from the brunch menu so everything was in place for the meal to be outstanding. The ingredients are top notch and the bacon was unique and delicious. I loved that there were potatos, and I was satisfied with the portion, but the first bites were so dry i choked.Where it really fell down for me was when i walked through the front and was seated in the mid-level by the stairs. The small dirty sticky tabletop was not wide enough to hold both our plates. In contrast to the front this area isn't shabby chic its just shabby. I would have had a better experience with counter takeaway. Sorry Drift, but it needs work.
I had the grapefruit mimosa and the old timers crepe. The crepe is soft, almonds crunchy, strawberry rhubarb compote is sweet and tart, reminds me of how my grandpa used to make his compote, the whipped cream created balance. I sat in the lounge with a nice view, soft music in background. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
This place is so perfect. the random decor and plants are so cool. and my husband and I both really loved our drinks. I want to go there for breakfast or lunch sometime. I'm sure it'd be top notch. also very friendly people.
