Clean and well kept, the staff is lovely and your food comes out in a timely fashion. The Wonton Soup has flavourful broth, and the Sate Beef Rice Noodle Soup (Pho) was filling -the toasted peanuts on top were a lovely touch- plenty of noodles so you won't leave hungry. We decided to go for lunch today at a place I drive by all the time. Fongs. Yes it is in a strip mall with another restaurant in the front of it, which I tried before. Fongs, is bright, cheery and not dark and dingy. The place houses a tables to manage the lunch crowd nicely ( I would recommend going early). I ordered the Pad Thai Chicken and Shrimp. I would like it to have a bit of kick of the Thai food I am expecting but hey there is Sarachia sauce to give it a bit of boost. The food was quick and not unreasonably priced and a the right portion for lunch. I come back and try something else again.
