Ordered take out. The soup broth was flavorless. The shrimp in the vermicelli were half raw. The steamed shrimp rolls were also flavorless and void of bean sprouts. What has happened? The food used to be excellent. I thought maybe the last time we ordered we caught the chef on an off day....but this second time was not good either.
