Coffee is unpretentious and consistent. The new app available makes ordering a breeze and waiting in line is a thing of the past. Staff are quick, efficient and personable. I would recommend going if you are looking for something that isn’t trying to be something it isn’t. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I use this Tim's a lot as it's near my place and handy, but I have to say since the old staff, Alan and Mae etc have left the place is terrible, it's dirty , the staff have no customer service except for the 1 girl, the staff are very slow and obviously lacking in proper training as they mess up an order for a coffee and a muffin and give you the wrong muffin, and that's happened on more than 1 occasion, for a small...
