From Pancafè have some vegan choices: pancakes (not made with eggs), cake, yogurt, croissant and something else. The quality is good, the staff is kind that I recommend to increase selections of sweets: often the only vegan cake present is always the same to the apple. This café is charming and welcoming with incredibly friendly staff. We enjoyed cappuccinos made with soy milk, as well as vegan options.
