What User likes about The Southerner:
A stone ranch style on the water. I think it's the Kalamazoo River. Great service, great but limited food and fun ambience. The chicken was baked directly, not overpainted. We share a dinner and a few pages. My wife just grabbed the menu. read more.

I made the grievous error of walking up to the hostess stand and asking for a table for four, when NOBODY else was in the restaurant, which then for whatever reason caused the hostess to roll her eyes.
