"Great breakfast! Food was fantastic and the servers were great. Atmosphere was a bit loud for my mother due to her hearing issues. The place is missing music or something to drown out the loud local yappers and kids with annoying toys at the table. No stress. Now time to unwind and have a relaxing drive back to Toronto. See you all for summer '24! ?"

"Excellent quality food and service. The restaurant was packed on a snowy Saturday night and no mystery why once you taste the food. After starting with a shared fresh Waldorf salad my friends had i)the short rib staple on the menu and ii) the seared tuna special and both found their meals delicious. I require gluten free and had one of my best GF meals ever. Replacing the linguine noodles with GF gnocchi in the chicken, mushroom dish worked perfectly- thank you! While I skipped dessert my friend’s opted for the flourless chocolate cake and were extremely satisfied. Combine all this with a congenital host, great server and comfortable surroundings and we couldn’t have asked for better."

"This is one of the best restaurants around. Our meal was excellent today and our server was great. She's so friendly and cannot do enough for you. Not fancy but great home cooking. Highly recommend!"

"Be wary of a dark-lit dining room at this restaurant. It was very hard to see how undercooked the chicken was on my skewer. It was almost raw when we had a closer look at it. The wait staff was super nice but I won't be going back anytime soon."

"I frequent Little Black Dog for lunch and can tell you that if you're in the area, you HAVE to eat here. The food is fantastic, great bang for the buck and the staff are incredible."
