"The manager working on Sunday morning oct 17 is buy far the worst person representing Tim hortons asked for a pumpkin spice latte with 2 milk 2 sugar the lady began to tell me I don’t need milk in it because it’s made with milk so she was just going to add sugar I said I would like the milk to cool it down a bit she began arguing with me about what was to go in my drink I have never been disrespected like that there befor.I’m paying for it just make what the person asked for without disrespecting them please look at the staffing of you asstblishment I have been going to this timmies for like 5years and have never been questions or told what I should put in my drink I’m paying for"

"UPDATE: Reevie the manager on duty was very nice, apologetic, and he took care of the issue. Always be NICE if something wasn’t to your satisfaction.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Placed the online order about 3:30pm we received it about 5:15pm. That’s not a problem there. What IS A PROBLEM is that my granddaughters fries were not with the order, my daughter my fries were cold, the chicken wings tasted like they either sat underneath the heat lamp for an hour, or they were already cooked and not fresh, and they served them to us. Extremely disappointed because if you dine in? The food is excellent."
