Went here specifically for the fouaces, as recommended by The Telegraph Loire Valley Tour article (of a few years ago), only to find that they didn 't do them anymore. However all was not lost as they did an excellent 'lunch ' for just under 7€, cosisting of a plat, dessert and drink.
