The menu for the group included: wild mushrooms in thin crepe purse , pollock fish in cream sauce with mussels, wilted greens and onions, white rice and baba au rum with whipped cream. Been a bit of a quest to find a Flammekueche for the other half for a couple of years now since she discovered one in Caen, we found a place, but circumstances decided we would have to miss out. Then as we pulled into Saumur we spotted this restaurant and thought our prayers were answered.
