I went through the drive thru. I am a regular Zaxby’s customer as we travel around the South a lot. Been to many. Today’s experience at the St Augustine Zaxby’s on Ponce Deleon was horrendous. They got my order wrong, which is fine, I know mistakes happen. But the two young ladies made it MY problem and were completely put out by my request for a soda, which was part of my original order.
