Online ordered for a steak dish with brown rice and they gave me a completely wrong order. I didn't recognize the protein. I can understand if they are back from Steak, but they have my contact information from the online order, they can easily call me and ask what substitution I prefer. Very poor customer service, I wouldn't be surprised if it was a management problem. Go to the mall. read more.
