What User likes about Husk:
I had an excellent vegan meal in husk. the server asked for food restrictions and told me the cook could make a veggie teller. the plate was excellent and contain sides from the menu rancho gordo bran, grilled radicchio, a broccoli hybrid and embellished shiiitakes. on the menu, to my surprise, was sourded with vegan butter, which crumbled with an African (I think) that I cannot remember. loved. really great upscale... What User doesn't like about Husk:
The service and atmosphere is terrific, however I found the menu extremely limited. I love fancy restaurants, but the offerings on the menu were truly unappealing to our entire table. We went to celebrate a birthday, but ordered 2 appetizers which were just okay and very expensive) and left to grab a pizza.
