"If only they didn't forget one meal... we had a big group and unfortunately my cheeseburger was late to the table. Not a little but enough that several others had finished eating before my plate was brought to the table. The fries were warm at best but the burger was hot and very good! The servers did a great job but that last star will elude them because of the burger debacle... Everyone else said the food was good so, stop by if you're in the area."

"The atmosphere is relaxed and very south. My wife and I have ordered both the ribs and the catfish. They are excellent and I can say with conviction that I never had better and she feels too. We drive almost fifty miles and it's worth it."

"My husband and I stopped by the quaint little place for a bite to eat and were amazed at the quality!!! I had a bit sandwich that was stacked with bacon thay was extra crispy, just the way I like it. My husband had the brisket and it melted in your mouth!! He said it was the best he had ever had. The bathrooms were super clean and the waitress was very friendly. We will definitely make the trip to eat here again."

"Found our way here on Mother's Day when everything else seemed to place with over 2 hours waiting times at 3 previous ones that we stopped to fail...River heights turned out to be a hidden gem! we had the mozzarella sticks, nothing from the usual there, but the marinera sauce had to be made to home, as it absolutely delicious with enormous taste and flavor. we had the fried fish fillet with cuddly puppies and loaded baked carrots. the fish was for the! fresh pond raised fish! not like haggies fish that tastes as if it came directly from the bottom? the fish fillets were huge with more than enough meat on them and perfectly cooked with amazing taste! the hush puppies have paprika in the tasteful teig that just bite the pups pop with taste once. ? Nothing was held back on the potato. more than enough loaded it couldn't eat anything, but had to save space for the strawberry cake than when we came in, a woman who quits not to skip the cake. if I say it was the most common cake I would have ever eaten. the icing was also on the square. I wish I had taken all the cake home! I just regret that I didn't find this place earlier and 2, that I would have made a photo of that before I eat! I love jackson, tn, but I'm back. many thanks to river heights for such a wonderful meal for my mother on Mother's Day."
