Sarah Jane's is a lovely jewel in the typical food court madness. I had the fried catfish (2 filets), green beans and mashed potatoes with gravy. Everything is clearly freshly prepared and done so by someone who knows how to cook Southern-style. Only one cashier and she had an attitude with us the whole time. It took over 10 minutes and they weren’t offering half the stuff on their menu. I ordered a burger and it tasted like dollar store frozen patties. The mashed potatoes were presented well but once I took a bite they tasted like instant potatoes.
