I sat in my car waiting for the restaurant. They opened earlier than the normal time at the door. I was in town and couldn't go without taking some delicious home. I ordered lemon pepper wings from Tops China Restaurant on Fri. 02/18 and there was a long string of hair on my food. I reported the issue to the cashier and at first she did not want to refund me my money until I asked her why she through away the evidence. The food is always super hot fresh. My favorite is shrimp fried rice, roasted wings sweet acid chicken meat. Service is friendly fast!!
