"Service was oppressive. The dishes were good but the accompaniment lacked freshness or taste. Why hide the excellent Presskopf under crudities not season to see cool. A pot-au-feu (very good) with only a turnip and a quarter carrot in a little broth, and why serve again with a crudity plate see above."
