My family just left the Illinois game and decided to come here to eat! When we walked inside two ghetto loud employees gave us horrible looks because we asked for a table for 10. They then started shouting profanities at us and followed us outside and attempted to fight us!!! You literally can’t make this up! ONE WAS PREGNANT View all feedback.
Always good eats Vegetarian options: The Bean Burger is pretty good. Vegetarian foods have come a long way from twenty years ago.
Amazing staff, always super polite. Greg the manager always makes sure everything is perfect! I have went to several bdubs and this one is by far the best. If you are wanting a bite to eat and amazing service come to the Savoy location!!
On February 26, I called to place an order for 15 boneless wings. I was put on hold the first time for over 10 mins. Not a problem. I understand restaurants get busy. I hung up and called again. The second time I called they asked if I could be put on hold and I politely told them I had already waited 10 mins could they just take my order? She kindly told me she was heading to the register it would be just a couple of mins. 10 mins again. So I hung up and called back. Then my call is unanswered a couple of time, went straight to automated a couple times. When my call was finally answered a guy answers and doesn’t even try to hear me and just tells me I’m being put on hold. I call more and when he answers my call I ask to speak with a supervisor or manager and he hangs up. After a few more calls a second guy answers and he just loudly tells me they are closed. On a Monday at 5:35 in the evening. And proceeds to hang up. He did this to me twice. After a few MORE tries, I finally talk to the first girl who answered and now she is giving me attitude! Yelling at me that I need to be patient because they are busy and understaffed because of a carry over promotion from the Super Bowl and it was national wing day. How in the hell was I supposed to know? That should have been told to me the first time and I would have just went somewhere else. I have never been treated like that by a restaurant before. When I finally did talk to a manager they said I could get 10 bucks off a meal the next time I come in. Come back? How do I know my food will not be messed with considering they had to take my name? I will never come back. I was so mad. I just got off of work and wanted wings. Unbelievable experience. Unprofessional and rude. My meal should have been on them. Period. I would love to see the patience of any of the three incredibly rude staff members had they had been on the receiving end of this situation. They would have made a scene in your establishment and honestly maybe I should have.
Watched the AFC championship game while hosting our RFFL Awards Banquet. Mgr Craig M. made everything great as requested. Thx
This is usually our choice for BWW, and until this visit, we'd never had bad chicken wraps or service here. Unfortunately even at 1 pm on a Sunday afternoon when the place was slow, they couldn't handle our Grandson's birthday lunch. We had about a dozen people. Orders were wrong, food was prepared wrong and some was just badly done plus some of our group had to receive theirs in a to-go container because they didn't even bother to make it. THIS is why mandatory gratuities on dinners is so wrong. It was so bad I'm not sure any of us will return. From favorite to fail.
