The Schlössli Sax used to be a gourmet restaurant in the past. Now with new management it is unclear what it is. Still gourmet I don't think so, local cuisine, may be, folkloristic (at least from the dresses of the couple, sandals and colored shirts) does not really fit to the location.The food was good, despite that the truffles on the starter menu had no test at all.
