I usually have a quick, pleasant experience. But lately, the self checkout lines are the worst. Before I would scan, bag if i wanted to, and pay. Now the self checkout is 20 items or less and everytime you scan something, you have to put it on the scale, (which is slow or doesn't even work) if i ever want to change something, I have to get an employee to login and even when i am clearly having problems, the employee...
