This has become a regular venue for us on our visits to Redcliffe. The food is consistently good, well priced and served promptly with a smile from the friendly staff. Cannot single out any special item on the menu as all our choices have been enjoyed equally as much. What User doesn't like about Ceylon Inn Classic Curries:
Three of us had dinner at the Ceylon Inn Redcliffe on a Monday night. Service was helpful and attentive and the staff friendly. We were given the table requested at time of booking and the cafe has a nice feel about it. Food was a bit hit and miss. We had the lamb spring rolls for entree and they were awful. "Manager seemed aggressive towards his staff, especially the young women working there. hopefully, he can pull it together as that was the only unenjoyable experience I had. The staff were wonderful, and the food was good; my only complaint is to do with the expectations put on the staff by the manager I saw twice the entire night."

"Ordered the gold ban snapper and chips pack, safe to say I was pretty dissatisfied with the meal. The fillet was very strong and fishy in flavour, unlike any gold ban snapper I have ever tasted. For 14.50 a fillet it was only a half of a fillet and looked overly thick to be gold ban snapper. Not sold that it was at all gold ban snapper. Tasted more like farmed barramundi which was also on their menu. I feel as though I was overcharged for the quality of food produced and definitely will not be going back."

"Just enjoyed a fantastic dinner here. Lucky enough to have a chat with the owner. So friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. The gnocchi was the best ever...I don't order it usually but it was a suggestion so went with it....delicious! The mains were generously sized and delicately flavoured. The dessert...yes, we made room for it...was so delectable. A custard pie of sorts not from the oven, served with strawberries, chocolate chips (actual chocolate chipped up) and ice cream. Honestly the best! You can taste the love in every dish served. Thank you for a great meal... we enjoyed the conversation too."
