I ordered a Misty freeze that tasted off when it was served to me and I politely asked if I could swap it out for a small plain vanilla cone. The girl at the cash register just gave me a flat out NO and said it wasn’t their policy to exchange products. This restaurant is great for a fun nostalgic experience once a year. However, the food is not recommended.
