First of all - this is NOT a sit down restaurant. There are no seats whatsoever, only 3 high tables you can eat at standing up. There are less than 8 parking spots out front which are for 15 minutes or less only. If you're going to be there more than 15 minutes, then park out back. This location is actually Patty King's factory for its awesome beef, chicken or veggie patties which are best eaten hot and fresh onsite... View all feedback.
What Sam Keshvari doesn't like about Patty King:
Horrible, racist service. Cashier “manager” must lack control in their personal life because they want to shout ridiculous demands at customers. Will not be returning to be abused while waiting for my food and having it held hostage because they need to play out some weird control fantasy while on the clock. View all feedback.

The reals stars though, are the Ox Tail and Curry Goat on Rice and Peas! The curry goat is mild with nice chunks of meat as well as some goat fat, which is just the way I like it, but may not suit everyone's taste. The ox tail is tender and not overpowering.
If you're hungry but low on dough, be grateful that there are places like this where you can score some food that'll keep your hunger at bay.__$6.25 lunch
I've been here a few times for lunch and while at first didn't love the food, it has begun to grow on me.
I had never tried a Jamaican patty until I travelled to Toronto and they were on every corner like hot dog carts in Vancouver.
Go ahead of their production facility in the store. On the south side of Progress Avenue west of Brimley Road. The only problem is blocked, limited parking on the front. On the back there is an overflow parking space. Can sometimes be difficult to access... due to its popularity. The food is fantastic. You can add fresh fats (Mild and Spicy Beef, Chicken and Vegetables) $1.33 each or 6 for $7. Second (frozen) are $7 per dozen. They have diversified their lunch menu and have many other foods available. Friendly staff, worth a stop.
