We traveled all the way from Oshawa to try authentic Gujarati food at this restaurant. We started with the delicious dry manchurian before moving on to schezwan rice, ghugras, locho, cheese butter masala, and rotis. We also ordered cold chocolate to drink. What wonder world doesn't like about Sabras The Taste Of Gujarat:
3 stars are for their food only... both kathiyavadi and Gujarati thali were amazing in taste. It gave me nostalgia of thalis from back home. Rotla, khichdi, sev tameta, ghee gol... tremendous.... you need to be really patient when u visit this place... we got our food delivered after one and half hour of waiting on table... I found wait was worth considering their food. They were clearly shortage of staff for serving all their dine in customers as well as take outs...
