Contribute FeedbackAlbert's restaurant in Whitby received a mixed bag of reviews from diners. While some were disappointed by the quality of food and service, others found the atmosphere, service, and food to be fantastic. One diner complained about overcooked fish and limp salad, while another was put off by poor chips and lackluster service. On the other hand, those who enjoyed their experience praised the seafood chowder, seafood sandwiches, and friendly staff. Despite the mixed reviews, there were those who dubbed Albert's a hidden gem with fabulous food in a lovely setting.
We didn't eat here, but the menu looked great. it is a really beautiful Victorian building with original features original Victorian flowing. there are some beautiful games of whitby jet jewellery, carving and ornaments. there are also information about how the beam was formed, which was interesting. worth visiting when they are in whitby!
We loved this place so very, super nice and friendly staff and a beautiful place, but the seafood cahowder was the best we ever tasted in our lives just beautiful aromen, perfectly seasoned, a very generous portion and fantastic worth for about £10. divine! (great whitby jet displays!
At the Whitby-Jet Museum. we had the open scrap sandwich with apple and thymiansalsa with two cut chips. pleasant environment with a beautiful atmosphere and with nice and friendly staff. I recommend this menu.
